Digitalizaling the Medical Records of Patients: Medical History for Doctors, and Patients
Description
In this paper, author has attempted to discuss about digitalization of medical history of patients in web archive for each individual patients, to study as medical history. Author thinks, it would serve doctors, patients as well as students of biological sciences, to study each individual living body.
Notes
From Birth certificate number, till death certificate number, medical history would allow us to study about functioning of human body, based on registration, either be independent registration number provided by medical authority, or by means of National Identification Cards like as Birth Certificate, Citizenship certificate, or even by Passport to discuss at International level.
