This dataset can be used as an input for peptide and protein ID workflows. It was originally published in Vaudel et al., 2014, Proteomics (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24678044).

The provided FASTA protein database is the uniprot human reference database with the Crap database added. The second database additionally contains the most common mycoplasma contaminants.
