Analyses of human cancer driver genes uncovers evolutionarily conserved RNA structural elements involved in posttranscriptional control - associated datasets

These datasets include raw data output and associated files from ScanFold and CMbuilder analyses of human cancer driver gene mRNA. ScanFold was used to predict RNA regions of unusual thermodynamic stability, and CMbuilder was used to evaluate covariation of the predicted structures in those regions.
