Specimens examined. Holotype female, NSMT – Ap 66, Mt. Sapporo –dake, Sapporo –shi, Hokkaido, 1100m elevation, 19-IX-1979, O. Nakamura leg. Paratype: one female, Mt. Muine –yama, Sapporo –shi, Hokkaido, 820 m elevation, 9-X-1979, O. Nakamura leg.; 1 male, Sapporo –dake, Sapporo –shi, Hokkaido, 1100 m elevation, 13-VI-1979, 2 females, same locality, 12-X-1979, O. Nakamura leg.

Additions to description. On head, setae pa and m4 present, seta aa absent, sensilla as and ps present (Fig. 45A); seta sp 1.6 times longer than p; sensilla pp rudimentary. Labral setae present (Fig. 45B). Seta rs simple, as long as sr (Fig. 45B). On maxillary palpus (Fig. 45C) sensillum md longer than ml. On galea (Fig. 45D) digits small and similar to each other. Mandible distally rounded (Fig. 45E). On hind tarsus (Fig. 45F) D2 thin spine-like; D4 spine-like, but more slender than D5. Tracheal camerae long and slender (Fig. 45G). Central lobe weak and incised (Fig. 45H). Laterostigmata II–IV distinct, without inner structure. On thoracic tergite II (Fig. 45I) P1a sensillum-like, at same level with P1–P2 and nearer to P2 than to P1; P2a seta-like, slightly nearer to P2 than to P3. On thoracic tergite III (Fig. 45J) P1a seta-like, at halfway between P1 and P2, at the same level with P1–2; P2a seta-like, nearer to P2 than to P3. On abdominal tergite VIII (Fig. 45K) P1a' without basal dilatation and anterior to P2; P2a linear.

Distribution. Japan (Hokkaido).
