Data including CESM-HR and CESM-LR model outputs and particle tracking simulation outputs are available under Zenodo record 5254068

 

This repository contains the following items:

1. Environment file (environment.yml) including all packages used in this analysis

2. Notebooks to reproduce the analysis and plotting for Figure 1 through 12

3. Python Scripts to run forward (Run_Parcels.py) and backward (Run_Parcels_BWD.py) Particle tracking simulations using Parcels. Particle trajectories provided in data repository
