Description

Fidicinoides picea (Walker, 1850)

Fidicina picea Walker, 1850: 81.

Fidicina pertinax Stål, 1864: 62.

Fidicinoides picea Boulard and Martinelli, 1996: 44.

The species has been reported from Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Brazil and Guyana (Metcalf 1963a; Duffels and van der Laan 1985; Boulard and Martinelli 1996; Sanborn 2001, 2006b, 2007a,b) but no specific locations have been identified for Colombia.
