Description

Movie S2. Mating behavior displayed by diploid males in whom Ardsx expression was knocked down over an entire lifespan. Two wild-type virgin females were introduced in a vial with two diploid males obtained via complete RNAi. One of the Ardsx knockdown males vigorously displayed mating behavior but failed to copulate with the virgin female due to the lack of male external genitalia. Video recording started immediately after introducing the virgin wild-type female.
