Description
We developed a method for predicting sleep state (Wake, NREM, REM) using high resolution video for mice. Here, we share the features used in the paper for training a model (df_features_10s_17_full_hu.csv), features for animals in a held-out test set (methamphetamine_features.zip), isolated features used in breathing analysis (breathing_aspect.csv), and an associated singularity environment for training and using the classifier to infer on new data (Analysis_Environment.sif).
