Insulin is expressed by enteroendocrine cells during human fetal development
Description
Single cell data of small intestine from 6 human subjects. Data includes two 21 weeks gestation age fetal, two 23 weeks gestation age fetal and two neonatal (full term, 2 days old and 2 weeks old).
One table contains all intestinal cells and their metadata. Another table contains the enteroendocrine cells subset (extracted from the large dataset) and their metadata.
Data produced using 10x sequencing.
