Update to Sman (2016)

In this commissioned report by Hofhuis Alkema Groen (Amsterdam), I update the damage calculations reported in Sman (2016) and commented upon in Datta (2019a) and Datta (2019b) to the calendar year 2019. The damage calculations are done in the context of a court case on private copying in The Netherlands ("thuiskopie").
