HUTER project is aimed to create the reference cellular map of the human uterus, being involved in the international Human Cell Atlas (HCA) initiative. HUTER consortium is committed to performing communication, dissemination and exploitation activities as described in WP8 and stated in the Grant Agreement signed. Main topics covered in this document are the basic communication, dissemination and exploitation concepts and its key messages and strategies stablished in the HUTER project. The document is divided in two main sections: 1. Communication and dissemination (C&D) plan, and 2. Exploitation plan. This deliverable is a continuation of deliverable D8.1.
For the communication and dissemination plan, the main objective, target audience and key messages will be commented slightly as were define at the start of the project and reported on deliverable D8.1. It describes the tools and channels already created or planned (toolkit1), as well as other already existing channels used for achieving our communication and dissemination objectives. Responsibilities and procedures are also commented on. Finally, how we are going to evaluate and report the achievements in this area are written.
In the last section 2, it is outlined an “Initial Exploitation Plan” that primarily approach the exploitation objectives and strategy for the HUTER project that will be enforced during the project lifetime. The exploitation plan is defined how the results (any tangible or intangible output) are going to be available for partners owns, scientific, social or economic purposes. It is stablished as well how to evaluate them as protectable or not, and which will be the best strategy to follow. The Innovation Committee (IC) oversees the exploitation tasks and assists the Steering Committee (SC) when taken decisions related to intellectual property rights (IPR) and exploitation, as defined in section 2.3.1 (Innovation Committee)
