The uploaded data include the transfer curves at every IL-6 concentration and for control experiments (TNFalpha and IL-1beta).

Electrical measurements were acquired in 50 mM PBS, pH 7.4, containing a constant concentration of 0.1 mg/mL BSA and 0.05% Tween 20 under static conditions.

Anti-IL-6 antibodies were immobilized on the gate electrode through EDC/NHS coupling onto mixed mercaptoundecanoic acid:6-mercaptohexanol (1:3) SAM.
