Data of individual aerosol particle compositions using STEM-EDS

Data set of aerosol particle compositions measured using scanning transmission electron microscopy with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (STEM-EDS) used in a paper by Adachi et al. TEM samples were collected during the Fire Influence on Regional to Global Environments and Air Quality (FIREX-AQ), the Biomass Burning Observation Project (BBOP), and the Megacity Initiative: Local and Global Research Observations (MILAGRO) campaigns. Here I show all EDS data and the sample average data measured using STEM-EDS.
