Description

We estimated the savings in CO2 emissions by a cohort of master’s students who studied fully online from their home countries, rather than traveling to the UK and living there while attending university.

Data come from International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) carbon emissions calculator https://www.icao.int/environmental-protection/CarbonOffset/Pages/default.aspx; and https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/EN.ATM.CO2E.PC?end=2014&start=1960
