Overview on Labor Productivity

Labor productivity is a determining factor to competition capacity of economies in general and enterprises in particular, especially in developing countries like Vietnam. In order to catch up with labor productivity of other countries, Vietnam needs to change growth model based on labor productivity, quality and efficiency, in which focusing on improving labor productivity. Enterprises account for a large share of GDP and play an important role in labor productivity enhancement of almost of economies.
