SomaticSiMu Provided Datasets

SomaticSiMu provides 4 simulated datasets. All datasets were simulated using SomaticSiMu with the Chromosome 22 from the Genome Reference Consortium Human Build 38 (NCBI accession: NC_000022) as the input sequence. Dataset details are given in Supplementary Materials Table S4 . All simulated datasets were produced on a Macbook Pro A2141 using 8 cores of an Intel Core i9 9880H processor and 16GB DDR4 2667MHz SDRAM.
