Cataract101-Extended labels

Extended labels for cataract101 dataset. CSV label file per video with copied surgical step, surgeon id, surgeon's experience per frame from original labels. Additionally, we added the elapsed time from the start of the surgery, the remaining surgical time (rsd) to the end of the surgery, and a valid flag that is true from the start to the end of the surgery. This flag is used to cut out video content that does not show the actual surgery.
