An abridgment of the preceding work.

It begins: الحمدلله ...فهذا منتخب من مائة الفوائد الفائدة الاولی فی فضل التسمیة قال النبی صلعم کل امر ذی بال الخ, and concludes: تمت الفوائد و الصلوة و العوائد بعون الله الخ.

Written partly in a small Nasta’liḳ, and partly in a large Naskh character. The portion in Nasta’liḳ has corrections, and indications of the contents, on the margin. It is on thin paper, and injured in some places. Red lines round the pages.

Inscribed منتخب الفوائد by a later hand.
