Scripts for ChIP-seq analysis and design of an oligopaint library
Description
Scripts used for ChIP-seq analysis of RNA polymerase II Ser5P and Histone 3 K27ac in zebrafish embryos, as well as the design of an oligopaint library for DNA fluorescence in-situ hybridization of selected genomic regions.
Notes
Instructions for the use of the scripts is provided in a Readme file. An overview of the oligopaint probe sets and their genomic target regions is provided in the file OligopaintProbesetOverview.pdf
