Description

First release of cophylospace example. We illustrate the application of the cophylospace approach presented in Next-generation cophylogeny: unravelling eco-evolutionary processes in R (R Core Team 2021). We analyze the patterns of association of 14 Ligophorus spp. (Monogenea: Dactylogyridae) on six Mediterranean and Black Sea species of grey mullets (Mugilidae). Cophylogenetic signal and the interactions between phylogeny and morphology of hosts and parasites are assessed. To this end, we use phylogenetic and morphological information of hosts and parasites.
