Population-scale detection of non-reference sequence variants using colored de Bruijn Graphs [Test data]

Auxiliary data for the PopIns2 short-read structural variant caller. The repository contains a minimal working example (MWE) comprising BAM files of three simulated samples and a modified version of chromosome 21 of the human reference genome (GRCh38) that has to be used as reference for the PopIns2 workflow. The MWE can be processed using the instructions at the PopIns2 README page.
