ЛИТЕРАТУРОВЕДЧЕСКИЕ НАБЛЮДЕНИЯ ПОТЕБНИ КАК ПРЕДВЕСТНИКИ ТЕОРИЙ ВОСПРИЯТИЯ И АРГУМЕНТАЦИИ

Potebnya's literary views, correlating with the basics of the contemporary theories of perception and reasoning are analyzed in the article. The analysis is carried out with application of the cognitive and evolutionary approach that allows to study human-created substances from the perspective of their being determined by potentially evolving cognitive structures. Correspondence between Potebnya's observation and the concepts of syncretical, superficial and alternative perception is examined. Potebnya's critical attitude towards the two ways of persuasion: reference to the tradition and to the authority is shown. These two ways of persuasion are considered the commonest types of non-universal arguments in the contemporary theory of reasoning.
