ACTION impact assessment matrix

In this matrix the reader will find the lists of the variables for each of the impact dimensions conidered. For each vairable it provides suggestions onwho needs to supply the data (project managers and/or citizens scientists/volunteers) and when (only after the project end - ex-post - or also at the beginning of the project- ex-ante).
