nnDetection KiTS19 Labels

Labels used for nnDetection V0.1. More info can be found here.
The labels are derived from the original KiTS19 Segmentation Challenge and usage needs to comply with the original license.
Some of the cases were excluded from training and evaluation, the clusters were built via connected component analysis and the clusters of cases 42, 46, 145 were manually corrected.
