Description
This is a subcellular signaling kinetic model of the striatal medium spiny neuron (msn) by Nair et al., (2015). It simulates the dopamine and acetylcholine dependent activation of cAMP/PKA in the dopamine type 1 receptor positive msn of the direct pathway.
