Description
The data is used in "Identifying the drivers of modeling uncertainties in isoprene emissions: schemes versus meteorological forcings". isoprene_merra_megan or isoprene_merra_psbvoc are simulated isoprene driven by merra meteorology using megan or ps_bvoc scheme. isoprene_wfdei_megan or isoprene_wfdei_psbvoc are simulated isoprene driven by wfdei meteorology using megan or ps_bvoc scheme. In each file, there are 6 runs including _control, _MET,_CO2,_COT,_COP,_COS.
meteorology_merra or meteorology_wfdei are meteorological data including temperature, PAR and soil moisture.
All the data are from 1982 to 2015.
