UK Winter Wheat Recommended List Trial data (2002 - 2017)

* These files contain pre-filtered data used in Shorinola et al (2021) Trend, population structure and trait mapping from 15 years of National Varietal Trials of UK Winter Wheat.
* The files were originally downloaded from the Agriculture and Horticultural Development Board (AHDB) UK at https://ahdb.org.uk/knowledge-library/recommended-lists-for-cereals-and-oilseeds-rl-harvest-results-archive.
* The files contain data on eight different traits from the Recommended List (RL) trials conducted on UK winter wheat varieties from 2002 - 2017.
* Note that additional quality checks and filtering were done on the data before use in the analyses described in Shorinola et al 2021. The QC-filtered data set are presented in the supplemental files of Shorinola et al (2021).
