Description

This archive contains the representative metagenomics assembled genomes (rMAGs) derived from the longitudinally sampled anoxic tank floating sludge islets of the Schifflange (Luxembourg) communal wastewater treatment plant. These rMAGs were assembled using both metagenomic and metatranscriptomic data. These rMAGs were used in the publications referenced as part of this record. Please refer to these publications for more information about raw data and details about methods.
