Dataset of behavior and neural responses during shape discrimination and detection
Description
This dataset provides the data necessary to recapitulate the analyses and results presented in the article "Sensorimotor strategies and neuronal representations for shape discrimination" (Rodgers et al., 2021). If you use this dataset for a manuscript or publication, please cite that article, which describes the procedures originally used to collect, analyze, and interpret this dataset. As of 2021-05-17, the article is in press at the journal "Neuron".
The accompanying code for analyzing this dataset is available from https://github.com/cxrodgers/Rodgers2021.
The file entitled DATA_README.md describes the format and content of each of the files included here.
