Description

This dataset was analyzed to write the manuscript: "Body perception and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus self-report in Mexican adults: analysis of 2016 Half-Way National Health and Nutrition Survey in Mexico (ENSANUT MC 2016)". These data were derived from the following resources available in the public domain: [https://ensanut.insp.mx/encuestas/ensanut2016/descargas.php; 1) Questionnaire of household members; 2) Questionnaire of chronic diseases of adults ≥20 years of age; 3) Adult anthropometric and blood pressure data questionnaire; 4) Questionnaire of physical activity of adults 20 to 69 years of age].

Notes

The Ministry of Health of Mexico has financed the ENSANUT MC 2016. Databases are publicly available at the website of the INSP (https://ensanut.insp.mx/encuestas/ensanut2016/descargas.php). There was no funding supporting the analysis of the information.
