nsls2_amx_raster_main_protease
Description
X-ray diffraction test data for development and benchmarking of inline spotfinder/indexer. Horizontal snake raster scan (19x17) on main protease displaying multiple lattices. Omega reset to start value at end of each row with omega oscillation per image. Omega numbering in h5 files does not reflect true value after top (first) row because of this required reset (detector trigger). Xtal ultimately yielded approximate 1.8 Angstrom data set with reported lattice.
