Description
This is a series of scripts or script outputs to accompany a scientific publication examining the DNA-recognition of the nuclear receptor called RORγ. Contained within are scripts used to evaluate genomic distributions of specific DNA-sequences and their functional importance. This deposition also contains scripts used to generate integrative structural models of RORγ on cognate response elements.
