Temporal contact network of a free-ranging house mice population
Description
Temporal contact network of a free-ranging house mice population.
The file mice_contact_sequence.csv contains the list of contacts recorded between pair of mice from 2017-02-28 to 2017-05-01.
The two first columns are the mice IDs. The third and fourth columns are the starting and ending times of each contact, in seconds. The time t=0 corresponds to Feb. 28 2017 00:00:00.
The file mice_sex.json contains the mapping between sex and IDs for all mice.
