The dataset show data obtained from X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA.xlsx, Figure 2b), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC.xlsx, Figure 2b) and MTT (MTT data Int. J Mol Sci. 2020.xlsx, Figure 3) analyses, which were performed to obtain information about structure (XRD.xlsx) of nanoparticles (Figure 1e), stabity of nanosystem consisting of nanoparticles and anticancer cisplatin drugs (TGA, DSC) and viability of cells after nanoparticles, nanosystem or X-ray irradiation treatment.
