Marine Magnetic Anomaly Data in the East Pacific Rise and the Southeast Indian Ridge Reflected Geomagnetic Field Paleointensity Spanning the Past 11 Myr

Description

In order to reconstruct the paleointensity variations in the past 11 Myr, we analyzed magnetic anomaly profiles in three different areas from the East Pacific Rise and the Southeast Indian Ridge. After error analysis and signal processes, 11 profiles in Area1, 9 profiles in Area2, and 12 profiles in Area3 were converted to time, and then were stacked, respectively. We showed each processed magnetic anomaly profile and the stacked profiles as well as the confidence intervals in each area.
