Pool-Seq read count data for 14 Drosophila suzukii populations associated to the manuscript: "f-statistics estimation and admixture graph construction with Pool-Seq or allele count data using the R package poolfstats"

This data set includes two files:

• dsu.auto.vcf.gz: contains read count data in vcf format (obtained with VarScan software) for the 14 Drosophila suzukii pool samples
• dsu.auto.info: contains population names and haploid sample size of each of the 14 Drosophila suzukii pool samples included in the dsu.auto.vcf.gz (ordering of pools is consistent between the two files)
