SpatialDWLS: accurate deconvolution of spatial transcriptomic data

SpatialDWLS is a tool to quantitatively estimate the cell-type composition at each spatial location of spatial transcriptomic datasets. It is implemented in Giotto and the codes are for simulated seqFISH+, Visium brain and human heart spatial transcriptomic datasets.
