Description
This archive contains extended data for the manuscript "ImageM: a user-friendly interface for the processing of multi-dimensional images with Matlab", submitted to the NEUBIAS gate of the F1000Research platform.
The archive contains the following files:
- imagem-manual-1.3.2.1: the user manual for the current version at publication
- ImageM_octave_compatibility.docx: some compatibility considerations for Octave users
- ImageM_useCase01.docx: a detailed use case about segmentation and analysis of cells within a 3D image
- arabidopsis-embryo.tif : the sample image used in use case 1
- ImageM_useCase02.docx: a detailed use case about multivariate image analysis of an image of maize tissue observed by fluorescence macroscopy.
- CTL1_crop.tif : the sample image used in use case 2
