Energy potential of solar radiation on building footprint

Description

Data show the total energy potential of solar radiation in the eu28. raster data with the global radiation on optimally inclined surfaces are presented and then aggregated at nuts3 level, through the building footprint in grass gis. the values at nuts3 are the median value of each area.
