Datasets for the paper Richard, B. et al. The climatic debt is growing in the understory of temperate forests: stand characteristics matter. Global Ecology and Biogeography. The files provided here contain the data for CTI, the contributing factors in lags, the macroclimate temperatures, and the Species Indicator Values for temperature used in the analyses. A .rmd and .html files are provided and contained all the R scripts in Rmarkdown format to produce the main results and figures in R (R Core Team 2019). The .html file can be directly generated from the .rmd file in RStudio.
