These are the accompanying models for the reference paper “Compartment-specific motor neuron stress responses revealed using image-based deep learning”

In this archive, you will find 4 x 13 models, which are pre-trained MobileNet V2 networks further trained on a dataset of fluorescence microscopy images of motor neurons cultures.

The dataset will be available soon.
