Description
A Metagenome assembled Genome (MAG) of the candidate phylum Saccharibacteria from an aerated lagoon (LEA) sample of an Uruguay Waster Water treatment plant. The only MAG from that metagenome that corresponds to a CAG (combined single amplified genome) from the same sample, mentioned in the publication "Printing Microbial Dark Matter: Using Single Cell Dispensing and Genomics to Investigate the Patescibacteria/Candidate Phyla Radiation" by Wiegand et al.
