Notes

[1] This research has received funding support in part from the National Institute of Justice, U.S. Department of Justice, under grant number: 2018-75-CX-0041 awarded to Kenneth K. Kidd, Ph.D. [2] The many samples of populations studied in the Kidd Lab since 1985 have all been collected with informed consent under a general Yale protocol (HIC#8711001387) reviewed and approved by the NIGMS and CEPH (one third of the samples in the CEPH-HGDP collection came from our collection) as well. (NIGMS stands for the National Institue of General Medical Sciences within the U.S. National Institute of Health. French acronym CEPH translates as the Center for the Study of Human Populations. HGDP indicates Human Genome Diversity Project.)
