CROSSBOW Preliminary net position D-2 results

Outcome of this demonstration shows 24 preliminary net positions for two-days ahead, corresponding to IGM when no market schedules are available, thus TSOs are free to determine required inputs by themselves. Each IGM represents the best possible forecast of transmission system conditions (generation, load, grid topology) for each scenario specified by the TSOs at the time when the IGM is created.

Results can be recognized as a precondition for day-ahead cross-border capacity calculation. The more precise the estimates the smaller the adjustments required in order to obtain balanced net positions
