Additional tools for Parametric Survival Models (a.k.a. Accelerated Failure Time Models)

The R package AFTtools provides additional tools to work with parametric survival models fitted by the survival::survreg function.

The provided tools facilitate the data preparation and the selection of the hazard function, particularly with interval censored data and frailty models. Models with different distributions for the response variable are fitted using parallel computation. Functions for several diagnostic plots are provided.
