This dataset includes two files used by YAMP v0.9.5+ (https://github.com/alesssia/YAMP):

- a FASTA file for removing human contaminant provided by Brian Bushnell (see here: http://seqanswers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42552). Filename: hg19_main_mask_ribo_animal_allplant_allfungus.fa.gz

- the MetaPhlAn databases (version: mpa_v30_CHOCOPhlAn_201901) to be used for taxonomic profiling. Filename: metaphlan_databases.tar.gz
