Description

This folder contains two subfolders and a README.txt:

  1. ExpressionModels_Placenta_ELGAN contains placental expression models using MOSTWAS for 2,994 genes with positive expression heritability and five-fold cross-validation predictive performance greater than 0.01.
  2. TWAS_Summary_Statistics contains TWAS summary statistics for 40 traits.
    1. README.txt contains information about these files.
