Data and code for the paper "Quantifying alpha, beta and gamma geodiversity"

Data and code for the paper “Quantifying alpha, beta and gamma geodiversity”.

This repository includes data and code used in the case study from Rokua Geopark.  

Data are in two files, both in continuous (data_cover.csv) and in binary (data_bin.csv) formats. Metadata are given for both files (metadata_data_cover.docx, metadata_data_bin.docx). See references for the original data in the Supplementary Material. 

File Rokuascript.R can be used to reproduce the analyses implemented in the case study. Please note, that the final map visualizations were made in ArcGIS and in other image processing softwares and thus, the code is only for the implementation of the analyses.
