Full resolution phase-contrast X-ray tomographic dataset acquired of the lungs of a free-breathing mouse (NMRI nude mice, BomTac:NMRI-Foxnnu, Taconic Biosciences, DK), weighing roughly 28 g.

Datasize: 3851x3951 pixels per slice, stack of 1700 slices, 16-bit, .tif

Voxel-size: 8.25x8.25x8.25 micrometer
