Hyoga: paleoglacier modelling framework

Description

This release brings experimental support for aggregated CHELSA-W5E5 climate as an alternative source for atmosphere datasets, which now use SI units. Bugs were fixed repairing the download of paleoglacier vector data and enabling compatibility with most recent versions of Numpy, Matplotlib, and Read the Docs. Code coverage decreased to 63 percent.
